Returns and gift exchanges
We know many of your purchases are gifts for your loved ones. Rest assured, in the case that your recipient already has the Olive + Page product, or fell in love with a different colour, we are more than happy to offer an exchange for them. Exchanges must be unused and returned in the original packaging (or similar packaging ensuring items are carefully protected) within 10 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs for an exchange must be paid by the buyer.
Please email hello@oliveandpage.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange and we will get the ball rolling for you!

In the event that you are not satisfied with your item on arrival, we are happy to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, so you can shop with confidence.
If your item does not meet your expectations on arrival, please email hello@oliveandpage.com with your order number, an explanation, and we will help you through that process!
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable but the price of the product will be refunded.
Order details and delivery address
Orders begin the process of being fulfilled as soon they are received, so we are often not able to make changes once the order is completed. This includes products purchased, name, address, shipping, discount codes, and request for cancellation, etc. We are happy for you to contact us with corrected details, however, we cannot guarantee it will be actioned before the fulfilment process has begun.
We are not liable for orders processed, where information has been incorrectly provided.
Sale items
