Shipping

All orders are shipped from Nelson, New Zealand during working hours Monday – Friday. No orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.

Usual processing time for despatch is 1 – 2 working days after an order is received, but this may extend during busy periods.

Delivery times vary depending on shipping location, and may also be delayed in busy / holiday seasons. 

New Zealand 

~ Flat rate shipping NZD $7.90. 

~ FREE on all orders over NZD $100. 

~ FREE local pick up available in Nelson. Select pick up option at check out and we will notify you when your goods are ready! 

~ Delivery time estimated 2 - 4 business days (in addition to 1 - 2 days processing time). 

Australia 

~ Flat rate shipping NZD $13.90. 

~ Delivery time estimated 5 - 10 business days (in addition to 1 - 2 days processing time). 

International 

~ Children's Books NZD $29.00 and journals NZD $49.00. 

~ Delivery time estimated 10 - 15 business days (in addition to 1 - 2 days processing time). 

Order details and delivery address

Please ensure all order information, and personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. Orders begin the process of being fulfilled as soon as they are received and so we are not able to make changes once completed. This includes name, email, address, products purchased, cancellation, shipping, discount codes etc. We are not liable for orders sent to the wrong address. 

If you place multiple orders, we reserve the right to combine the orders when shipping in order to save on wastage. This is irrespective of whether you have paid multiple times for shipping. 

International deliveries

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duties, taxes, and import charges on your orders. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Olive + Page. We are unable to offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.

International orders are not tracked. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
